    Primary Responsibilities

    The Exclusive Brands Operation Manager will have an integral role on the team responsible for managing and developing the operations relationship for KeHE Distributors Exclusive Brands/private label and internal cross functional teams. This role entails managing complex and detail-oriented product operations, partnering on key sales initiatives, leveraging cross-functional and organizational resources, and managing key profit drivers to achieve financial goals. The Operations Manager will support and execute on the operation strategy for expanding the Exclusive Brands entity.     Essential Functions
    • Engagement and partnership with leaders in KeHE pricing, Accounts Payable, and Supply Chain
    • Manage the process of adding new vendors to the Exclusive Brands portfolio which includes ESN generation, and back end setup so placements, promos, and spoils hit the Exclusive Brand P&L.
    • Manage the process of adding new items to our Exclusive Brands suppliers. This includes submitting items into KeHE Connect, working with Vendor Support, and working with the pricing team to input revenue into the cost factor calculation
    • Evaluate new & current buy strategies and freight costs to provide the most cost effective supply chain solution. This evaluation requires breaking down the sales by DC, evaluating the turn goal, and evaluating the sell through vs shelf life. For items that should go direct, the Brand Operations Manager will need to partner with supply chain and pricing to implement changes.
    • Identify operations projects that will address operations or sales impediments to allow the team to capitalize on innovative opportunities
    • Prioritization of key objectives/goals and management/troubleshooting of critical issues to ensure attention and focus of the team
    • Strategic and tactical oversight of key projects that will move the business forward and create impact
    • Ability to analyze data, deliver insights and implement changes.
    • Manage day-to-day completion of operations reporting and activities
    • Process optimization and efficiency recommendation
    • Create a cross-functional environment with clear expectations and transparency
    • Achieve revenue, profitability, growth and other financial targets. This role requires a strong understanding of financial levers and key profit drivers including topline sales, margin, spoils and deductions, promotions, and marketing spend.
    • Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    • Five (5) or more years in relevant distributer, retail or consumer product industry role.
    • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
    • Familiarity with 3rd party certifications (i.e. USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified) preferred.
    • Experience with syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, Spectra, etc.) preferred.
    • Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Communications or related field preferred.
