The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Bobo’s, its customers, broker partners, and internal cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, sales order execution, forecasting support, customer onboarding, and issue resolution while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, order accuracy, service level performance, and seamless communication across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Logistics.
