The Sales and Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team including leading our sampling shipments, supporting our social media channels, monitoring consumer affairs, and supporting new item set up and innovation. We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, reliable team player who has an interest in sales and marketing and can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment. This individual is a clear communicator who is a strong ambassador of the brand to our consumers and customers.

- Managing and tracking consumer affairs on Zendesk, Instagram, and Facebook
- Lead our sampling shipments
- Assist Sales Team with New Item set up forms
- Help update and maintain sales materials
- Assist with planning of sales and marketing shows
- Participate as needed in product tastings and innovation reviews
- Assist in the planning and executions of promotional campaigns on social media
- Assist with project management and team coordination efforts
- Run errands and coordinate shipping around town, as needed. Place orders for office materials and assist with office up-keep
Education / Experience Desired:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate with a Sales, Marketing or Business Degree
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Work, Excel and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Ability to partner successfully within teams, cross-functionally, and with external agencies to get things accomplished on agreed upon timelines
- Passionate for natural products and the CPG industry
