    Primary Responsibilities

    This coordinator position supports the Talent Development team. Collectively, we are responsible for the enterprise-wide strategy for learning and development. We are focused on unleashing the potential of all employees and developing the critical skills and leadership capabilities needed to drive growth and success across the organization.     Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Administer learning management system including the maintenance of training records, training resources/materials, and associated learning dashboards/metrics
    • Serve as point of contact for various vendor relationships
    • Coordinate and facilitate webinars/some learning experiences, especially those in support of the onboarding of new hires
    • Execute all event planning for all in-person and virtual learning events/activities.
    • Craft and distribute communication associated with learning enterprise-wide.
    • Coordinate logistics and other meeting requests as needed.
    • Create presentations and analysis to assist in evaluation and execution of learning and development initiatives

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Strong administrative skills
    • Strong technical skills with all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Demonstrated interest and love for learning new skills and new challenges
    • Exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing with people at all organizational levels
    • Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills
    • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Demonstrates a strong customer orientation
    • Demonstrates quick and effective problem-solving skills
    • Communicates a "can do" attitude and positive outlook
    • Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • High school diploma required; 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 3-5 years experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
    • Familiarity with Human Resources, L&D, or related field helpful
    • Familiarity with LMS platforms helpful

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Able to lift 10 pounds
