    Primary Responsibilities

    The Merchandising Analytics Manager will be pivotal in delivering data-driven insights to inform and support KeHE's merchandising strategies and initiatives. This role will work cross functionally, providing data and analytics that help drive informed decision-making, optimize category performance, and increase profitability across KeHE's diverse product offerings.     Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Aggregating and analyzing data to support strategic decisions, predictions and accountabilities for Merchandising leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Create efficient analytics, reporting, and dashboards that integrate into the organization's assortment portfolio goals and initiatives.
    • Focus on achieving operational efficiencies and excellence by maintaining the SKU counts in alignment with the temperature/pick zone capacity, while maintaining KeHE's innovative product differentiation.
    • Develop strong cross functional relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization (merchandising, supply chain, sales ops, IT, etc.) to drive improved collaboration, communication, and data infrastructure.
    • Continuously refine data processes and reporting methodologies to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and relevance.
    • Managing projects in support of new customer initiatives, outcome-oriented initiatives, new distribution center openings, and customer - DC migrations.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.


    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
    • Possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and strategies to cross-functional teams and merchandising leadership.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.
    • Highly credible, collaborative, and resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
    • Capable of managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, and ability to prioritize projects
    • SQL experience is a plus, but not required.

    Ability to travel for team meetings and off-site collaboration sessions as needed.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, analytics, or related field of study.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience within the food industry in Project Management and/or Data Management.
