Role Purpose

This role transforms complex data into actionable insights by leveraging cloud technologies, data modeling, and business acumen. The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders, data engineering teams, and the Business Relationship team to deliver impactful analytics tools that drive decision-making, efficiency, and innovation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Original requirements)
- Design and develop robust, scalable analytics solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Power BI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into technical requirements and insightful visualizations
- Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring analytics solutions meet enterprise and regional needs
- Lead initiatives to optimize data usage and identify trends through proactive mining of structured and unstructured data sources
- Oversee third-party vendor deliverables and maintain access controls, timelines, and quality standards
- Develop and support digital KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support eCommerce, brand, and operations teams
- Monitor system health and performance, escalate and resolve issues, and enhance self-service analytics capabilities
- Collaborate closely with data engineers and architects to ensure seamless integration across platforms
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support Service Desk readiness for Level 1 inquiries
- Educate end-users on analytics tools and act as the subject matter expert for information consumption and interpretation
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related data analytics development capacity (e.g, Microsoft Azure cloud, Power BI, Solution engineering, data modeling concepts
Preferred:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure), Power BI, data modeling, and enterprise solution engineering
Competencies and Proficiency Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, DAX, SQL)
- Understanding of enterprise data architecture and modeling principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative global environment
