Primary Responsibilities
The Ralphs Account Support Representative increases KeHE's sales by working on behalf of KeHE to facilitate the flow of KeHE's business by working directly with the Retailer in these areas:
Essential Functions
- Work cross functionally with KeHE's Account Manager and the Retailer to effectively manage KeHE's items that are sold by Retailer
- Work within the Retailer's system to set up KeHE's new and seasonal items
- Track and verify set up process, authorizations, retails and entire set up process from beginning to end
- Troubleshoot issues and work with various departments to correct
- Cross check pricing file for end of season markdowns
- Provide Vendors with sell through when required to do so by Retailer
- Verify that KeHE's period shipper program details are correct including shipper quantities, UPCs and correct costing
- Log promotional forms for local promotions that are set up by KeHE's Account Manager and verify accuracy and update forms with revisions
- Submit promotional pricing form for program execution
- Assist KeHE's Account Manager in coordinating promotional activities, pulling data as need be and communicates to Vendors
- Pull seasonal data reports during the year
- Pull reports daily as need be for KeHE Account Manager
- Update the Category Retail Managers on all of KeHE's programs
- Facilitate tasks associated with weekly Ads and Display Planner, this includes compiling data, verifying Planner retails and period dates and proofing
- Research and make any necessary corrections on behalf of KeHE's items to ensure that all processes are flowing correctly to generate sales
- Provide technical and analytical support to the Category Managers. Analyzing store data to effectively place items in the planogram
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study preferred; or equivalent of work experience
- A minimum of two years of relative experience in quantitative sales & general business analysis.
Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in reading, analyzing and deciphering data for effective category management.
- Strong ability to communicate with various levels of management with a high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members and all levels of management.
- Candidate must be a self-starter who is proactive in facilitating all company initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.

The employee is frequently required to stand, climb, bend, and walk. May need to drive between stores as per assignment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to both a typical office/store environment and all outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environments is low to high.
