    Primary Responsibilities

    At KeHE we serve to make lives better and that includes ensuring we invest in nurturing the whole person with our employees. This includes opportunities for onsite life coaching through the Dream Manager Program. This program is about leading employees through a structured process that allows them to recognize, work towards and realize their personal dreams.

    The Life Coaching Program Dream Manager is responsible for all aspects of The Dream Manager Program and is the main point of contact for the Program in their assigned Region. This position rolls into a team dedicated to the employee experience and works closely with leadership to ensure successful participant identification, implementation, ongoing support to participants and measurable outcomes for the business. In addition to facilitating the monthly sessions for participants, the Dream Manager is responsible for creating deliverables, marketing the program internally, capturing impact and results, and seeking out partners/resources to help support the program and participants. The Dream Manager is a champion of the culture and an ambassador to our employees by building excitement and sustainability. A key aspect of the Dream Manager's role is to understand the unique needs of the locations they serve, align with the business strategy or goals of the company, and most importantly help our employees fulfil their dreams.

    Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Primary responsibilities include executing the implementation of the Life Coaching Program and serving as the main point of communication for the Life Coaching Program.
    • Engage our employees by conducting workforce focus groups to study, listen and seek to understand.
    • Daily marketing of the Life coaching program by walking the assigned business areas and engaging associates.
    • Maintains scheduling system for organizing monthly Dream Manager appointments.
    • Meets with employees and leads them through the monthly Dream Manager Program modules.
    • Develops and implements measurement system for gathering feedback and results from the Dream Manager Program.
    • Identifies opportunities to incorporate The Dream Manager Program with larger staff and team activities such as retreats, meetings, and employee reviews.
    • Ensures goals and reasons for implementing the Program are clearly defined for the organization.
    • Develops company resource list and Program elements such as company dream board.
    • Identifies possible opportunities for staff development or training based on feedback from The Dream Manager Program.
    • Identifies innovative ways to connect the Program to the organization's culture.
    • Reports successes, progress, and impact to leadership, participants, and the larger organization.
    • Achieves and maintains Dream Manager Certification with Floyd Consulting, Follows the Dream Manager Program as trained by Floyd Consulting.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.


    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Proven track record of being strategically able to think or contribute and support the overall goals of the business.
    • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
    • A growth mindset and demonstrated active listening, compassion, ability to instill trust, invite diverse perspectives, promote bold ideas and solutions.
    • Instructional design expertise (including facilitated and blended).
    • Capability of prioritizing and handling multiple participants simultaneously.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrates in-person and virtual classroom, group facilitation skills.
    • Excellent visual design skills on programs such as PowerPoint, Word, etc.
    • Maintains confidentiality agreement with participants.
    • Leads by example and identify ways to incorporate The Dream Manager principles in his or her own life.
    • Creates a judgment-free environment.
    • Holds participants accountable to the plans they develop.
    • Develops a servant leadership philosophy and displays humility.
    • Defers credit to each participant.
    • Detaches from results that participants will or will not achieve.
    • Exudes a habit of affirmation and strives to make participants feel comfortable.
    • Builds excitement for the Program and participants by sharing successes and progress that participants are making through their efforts.
    • Develops a long-term outlook for the implementation of The Program and builds strategic plans for the Program's implementation.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining project resources and planning tools.
    • Ability to incrementally increase the Dream Manager participants each quarter to reach a maximum of 70/75 Dreamers.
    • Strong time management and presentation skills.
    • Ability to be agile in a past pace and changing environment.
    • Ability to travel monthly
    • Demonstrated leadership, active listening, compassion, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience of working with employees with high attention to coaching, engagement, and facilitation.
    • Experience in a multi-cultural or diverse environment is preferred.
