    Primary Responsibilities

    The Director, Commercial Transformation will serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial Leadership team, supporting the delivery of high-impact initiatives that drive commercial excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This role will build and manage the roadmap for the Commercial Transformation, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative results-oriented leader with deep experience in transformation, program management, particularly in commercial functions.     Essential Functions
    • Partner with Chief Commercial Officer, EVP Sales, SVP Commercial Transformation, Costing, and Customer Experience, VP Revenue Management, VP Commercial HR to define the change vision, the required transformation initiatives, and build the roadmap for the Commercial transformation.
    • Oversee the execution of the major transformation roadmap initiatives, such as implementation of CRM
    • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive the transformation and adoption.
    • Assess and manage organizational impact and readiness.
    • Collaborate with HR and Communications to drive change management and internal messaging, communication plans.
    • Lead day-to-day oversight of transformation program. Track ROI, adoption metrics, and organizational impact of transformation efforts.
    • Update ELT and Senior Leadership teams on transformation progress through KPIs, and reporting dashboards for executive visibility.
    • Establish governance models, project management toolkit, change management frameworks, and communication strategies to enable success.


    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in transformation, business strategy, or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in commercial transformation, managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
    • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, CRM systems, and sales enablement frameworks.
    • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
