    Primary Responsibilities

    We are seeking a skilled Sr. Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI, SQL, and cloud environments to join our team. This role will involve working with complex datasets to develop insights, create impactful visualizations, and enhance data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and the ability to design and automate reporting solutions that align with KeHE's revenue management team business objectives.     Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Support the centralization of data from disparate sources into accessible, scalable databases.
    • Build data pipelines and models to support automated reporting solutions.
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain automated Power BI dashboards, dataflows, and datasets to meet business needs.
    • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
    • Provide guidance and training to business users on Power BI dashboards and related reporting tools.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure data solutions align with business goals.
    • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency for all reporting purposes.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with data extraction, manipulation, and optimization.
    • Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
    • Experience with data centralization and integration in cloud environments, AWS Redshift experience preferred.
    • Experience working with large, complex datasets, including data cleansing and transformation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in supplier management, negotiations, and landed cost optimization.
