Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand evolving needs, preferences, and behaviors. Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to identify trends that can shape innovation strategies.
- Stay agile by regularly revisiting consumer insights and adjusting strategies based on feedback and market changes. Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement, always seeking to enhance the consumer experience.
- Design the long-term innovation strategy of Hain N.A. assigned categories and brands, given data-based understanding of consumer, industry, market trends, to identify opportunities and unmet needs to capture.
- Define the shape and cadence of innovation for assigned categories, supporting overall Hain, brand and innovation strategies
- Lead work to fill 5-year pipeline
- Be strong advocates, trainers and lead by example following the Stage Gate process - supporting roll out and ensuring compliance across functions.
- Execute assigned projects with excellence, from pre G0 through commercial readiness
- Ensure all projects are tracking to deliver on defined KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve execution and provide recommendations to drive action
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA preferred or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years Brand experience, with proven experience in innovation.
Competencies and Proficiency Requirements:
- Strong project management capabilities, experience with stage gate process preferred
- Passion for identifying trends and opportunities in the market and translating them into actionable growth drivers
- Creative thinker who is able to develop and articulate vision and strategy in a compelling way
- Strong collaborator, able to build relationships and work effectively across all level of the organization and all functional areas.
- Experience leading a cross functional team and influencing others
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analyzing program performance
- Expert understanding of consumer-packaged goods brands, trends and retail channels, ideally within Food and Beverage.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize multiple projects and strong attention to detail
- Adaptability to work in dynamic and results-oriented environment
- Ability to confidently interact and present to senior leadership
- Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Scope:
- Financial/Budgetary Responsibility: Responsibility to deliver innovation growth dollars and also innovation budget / resources
- Team Size: no direct reports

- $134,000-$160,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
