    Primary Responsibilities

    The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain (Forecast and Replenishment) supports the demand planning and replenishment functions in in the Supply Chain organization. This position leverages a high level of analytical skills and systems expertise to improve customer service level by identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing and ensuring adoption.

    Essential Functions
    • Support the design and implementation of forecasting and replenishments systems acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for forecasting and replenishment planning processes and systems
    • Support Supply Chain team in use of forecasting and replenishment systems
    • Generate and present enhancements in systems, processes, tools and develop training material and Standard Operating Procedure
    • Ensure Supply Chain teams successfully transition to new systems or processes through effective change management and provide support as Subject Matter Expert
    • Generate significant administrative savings by leveraging systems expertise to expedite execution of business initiatives that would otherwise require significant manual effort and risk of data entry error
    • Implement initiative plans through coaching and training buyers and demand planners
    • Develop tools and processes to aid supply chain teams to reduce costs through distribution, transportation, storage etc and sustain or improve the customer service level
    • Work cross functionally to lead efforts towards evaluating current state and altering the forecasting / replenishment parameters to improve in stocks and / or reduce inventory investment
    • Writes functional specifications, develops system test plans, tests applications, works with technical team to resolve identified bugs, and works with users to facilitate user acceptance process
    • Responds to production problems or user calls. Determines cause of problem, resolves problem, or obtains necessary help in resolving problem. Instructs users or operations in problem

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    • A four-year college degree in Business or related field is required.
    • Basic understanding of transportation, warehousing, supply-chain execution software and third-party logistics.
    • 10-15% travel required.
