Primary Responsibilities
The Analyst, Marketing Data and Insights will play an integral role in bringing data insights to life, which will help KeHE's marketing team be more dynamic and quicker to capitalize on trends. We will look to you to help us build and implement our data-driven digital marketing strategy. You will demonstrate your curiosity and critical thinking skills through the analysis and sharing of results, successes, opportunities, surprises, and the ROI to marketing leadership and other partners outside our department. In addition, this candidate will be accountable for the day-to-day back-end process of managing the collection, compilation, and entering data into KeHE platforms to assist in the creation of our digital selling events and ensure program success. Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and overall performance will be key. Essential Functions
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting, Data Collection, & Implementation
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and develop/automate regular reports.
- Support scorecard reporting for weekly, monthly and quarterly report-outs
- Support the Advertising team by analyzing advertising performance, providing Supplier ROI, and recommending next steps
- Utilize data gathered from marketing campaign tracking to help deduce findings and ideas for implementation across multiple channels like web, social, email, live events, webinars, and platforms (KeHE platforms, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Function as a lead to help connect and analyze data sources across our department and the company to deduce actionable insights.
- Own Google Analytics data to regularly recommend updates/improvements to drive revenue, SEO, and ROI.
- Utilize custom views and data mining within Microsoft Dynamics
- Partner with content team to create and share monthly reports on all Organic and Paid Social & Email Marketing Campaigns.
KeHE Digital Marketing Platform® & Shows
- Track, analyze, and create reports and dashboards for:
- KeHE Shows & Events
- com and social presence
- Communications
- Collaborate with Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Sales to create and implement innovative ideas for promotions through KeHE's platforms.
- Own all back-end data management in KeHE's Digital Marketing Platform events including contact management, event creation, data entry, training retailers & sales team, and reporting on digital promotional events.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of retailer data, validating data quality against established standards, and managing all reporting requests and enhancement initiatives.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- MS Word, Excel (extensive knowledge including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Core SQL Proficiency
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google ads, SEO Strategy, and social media insights tools
- High attention to detail including deadlines and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with data visualization tools to create dashboards and support findings, including PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or comparable software.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- High awareness of EQ
- Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, BrightEdge, SEMrush, The Trade Desk, Basis, Heap, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Demandbase, WordPress, Treasure Dataand more.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and methods for data analysis.
- Ability to identify and solve complex marketing problems using data-driven insights.
- Ability to take substantial amounts of data and synthesize into visually appealing dashboards and presentations with recommendations.
- Experience presenting to key stakeholders with ability to tell a story using data and provide actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while remaining highly organized with an acute attention to detail
- Demonstrating initiative and acting as a collaborator (identifying opportunities for improvement, taking ownership of new projects, supporting team members, and having the willingness to grow/stretch beyond perceived limitations)
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor's Degree, in marketing or comparable field of study preferred.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field
