Overview/Purpose:

The Omni-Channel Acceleration Manager will play a critical role in leading Hain's digital transformation. In this role, you would lead eCommerce strategy and execution on Walmart & Target.com. You will lead a dynamic team of cross-functional partners to integrate traditional and digital touchpoints and deliver a frictionless consumer experience. This role is ideal for a candidate who has a passion for leading change and collaborating across all functions and all levels of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead execution, review and continued optimization of strategic eCommerce plans that deliver sales objectives and connect with brick & mortar plans to drive a seamless consumer experience.
  • Expertly collaborate cross functionally (Sales, eCommerce capability teams, Integrated & Brand Marketing, supply chain....) to drive end to end digital solutions
  • Partner with Sales and RGM to drive trade efficiency and optimization as it relates to eCommerce investment.
  • Own delivery of eCommerce sales goals for Walmart & Target.com
  • Collaborate with Hain eContent team to develop retailer specific content strategies and compliance (PDP's, brand store, ratings & reviews) to drive SEO, consumer engagement & conversion.
  • Drive opportunities to optimize visibility of Hain products through retailer taxonomy.
  • Partner with Hain retailer media team to develop media plans in support of eCommerce sales goals.
  • Lead application of digital shelf analytics and scorecard to optimize opportunities across the eCommerce flywheel and monitor KPI performance.
  • Lead marketplace strategic POV and strategy for Walmart & Target.com
  • Customer facing eCommerce SME to Walmart & Target
  • Stay current on eCommerce trends and initiatives (industry and retailer specific)
  • Drive eCommerce upskilling with Hain Sales and Marketing teams as well as other functions.


Qualifications

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales related CPG function
  • 3+ years of CPG eCommerce experience specific to Walmart and/or Target.com with specialty and digital Sales or Marketing discipline. Other related eCommerce experience to be considered DOE
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency and digital shelf KPI's and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Walmart and Target specific systems preferred (item 360, supplier one, luminate, Partners on-line)

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Individual contributor with heavy cross-functional leadership

Hours and Travel:
  • Limited travel, depending on home office location, to HQ and to support assigned retailers.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $90,000 -$160,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
