The Task At Hand:
The Sales Commercialization Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Business Development and is responsible for delivering the sales inputs into all new product developments, operations projects, and new customer setups. This role will assist in the planning and oversight of projects and initiatives to ensure they are running as planned, coordinating tasks, resources, deliverables, and timelines. The Sales Commercialization Coordinator will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage relevant partners, and manage the system/network/information for the sales team.

In This Role, You Will:
Commercialization:
• Oversee the flawless execution of all Go-To-Market materials, including reset tracking, item submissions, samples, line review materials, certifications, and master selling presentations.
• Act as the key intermediary between commercialization teams and the sales team, responsible for cross-functional communication and tracking all product deliverables and timelines.
• Partner on cross-functional commercialization teams by participating in the Supply Chain Commercialization & Marketing commercialization meetings.
• Manage communication with all key project stakeholders and provide regular updates to the Sales team on commercialization timelines and innovation updates.
• Ensure that sales volume is accurately forecasted, along with ship timing on innovation, in partnership with Planning and Sourcing teams.
• Support the Brand and Category teams in the transition/handoff from commercialization to go-to-market planning.

Sales Support:
• Own the price list and manage all communication of updated specs to sales, in collaboration with the Gold Book team.
• Maintain the accuracy of the Item Management process across 1WorldSync, Kroger VIP, and other retailer portals.
• Handle asset management and organization across Dropbox, Teams/SharePoint, and the Sales Dashboard.
• Assist in the flawless execution of cooler programs by coordinating cooler shipment tracking updates, POS ordering, and cross-functional communication.
• Lead logistical planning for sales meetings, customer top-to-top meetings, trade shows, industry events, and other sales-related meetings (held either locally or remotely).
• Ensure the brand is showing up best-in-class through the coordination of selling materials, swag, trade show assets, brand kits, samples, etc.
• Assist in the new customer setup process, ensuring all required information is made available to customers and internal teams.
• Create and distribute all Sales communications to external and internal partners.
• Work with sales to build incentive programs and monitor for success.
• Support ad hoc projects for the team as needed.

In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent years of professional experience, preferred.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Retail Sales, Sales Support, or Commercialization within the CPG industry required.
• Prior experience with item setup, maintenance, and management in 1WorldSync and other retailer portals preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally among teams and allocate resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional presentation skills and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in multitasking and time management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a passion for using tools to manage and track work activities.
• Mastery of Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms.
• Genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet.
• Desire to contribute to a dynamic, high-growth, purpose-driven work environment.
• Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Sales preferred.
• Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter.
• Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position.

Compensation:
• Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt.
• The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$90,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
