The Senior Manager, Retail Media is a critical leader in this transformation, working across the North American portfolio to create impactful omnichannel plans that meet consumers and shoppers where they are on the path to purchase.

In this role, you will spearhead our retail media strategies across major platforms, driving growth and brand presence in the e-commerce and retail sectors. Your role is critical in navigating the dynamic landscape of digital retail, focusing on key platforms such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing and Albertsons Media Collective. You will lead our efforts to optimize our presence and performance across North American retailers, aligning with our broader omnichannel strategies to enhance consumer experience and drive growth.

It is more important than ever to move at the speed of retail and play within an interconnected digital ecosystem. This role will be crucial to Hain's future success, building brands through a full funnel approach that drives short- and long-term results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement retail media strategies across platforms like Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, and Albertsons Media Collective, ensuring alignment with our overall unified-commerce and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales and Ecommerce, to integrate retail media strategies with overall brand objectives and retail activations.
  • Oversee and optimize our advertising and marketing initiatives on retail media platforms, in partnership with media agency; Manage budgets and campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of retail media data, translating insights into actionable strategies for brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key retail partners, enhancing our brand presence and effectiveness across their platforms.
  • Drive the integration of retail media insights into the broader e-commerce and omnichannel strategy, contributing to joint business planning and strategic discussions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the evolving retail media landscape, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably within a CPG (consumer packaged goods) or agency environment.
  • Proven track record in digital media planning and execution, with a strong focus on programmatic and social media.
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with media agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This role has one direct report.

  • Strong collaborator, able to build relationships and work effectively across internal teams and external partners.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $135,000-$159,000 / year USD (commensurate with experience and location)
