Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst supports the Customer Supply Chain Team by monitoring service levels for focus customers, providing analysis and data backed insights and support of key supply chain activities enabling superior On Time and In Full (OTIF) service necessary to achieve company sales and profit objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Interface with key Supply Chain functions of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics and Customer Service.
  • Monitor weekly KPI performance trends for In-stocks and OTIF measures.
  • Use data to identify performance gaps and determine root causes. Work with cross functional area to develop corrective measures and action plans to deliver sustainable performance solutions.
  • Key milestone tracking and updates to Customer Supply Chain Team on key customer programs and cross functional projects and initiatives.
  • Review customer forecast, with key insights on improvement to metrics.
  • Provide analysis on performance and profitability of distribution network and customer mix to drive changes to improve efficiency, lower cost or drive improved performance.
  • Ensure supply chain readiness associated with promotions, new product introduction distribution changes and item transitions.
  • Provide oversight and communication related to critical supply chain activities that impact customer order flows. Such as holiday closure schedules, warehouse physical inventory planning, order management process changes and other continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Required:
  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management or other related degree or other related work experience.
  • 3 years Operations experience in a food or Consumer Packed Goods background.
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.

Conditions of Role:
  • Travel Requirements: Primarily remote role with infrequent travel as required.
  • Physical Conditions: Primarily remote-based, with occasional office presence.
  • Work Environment: Professional and collaborative.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $54,000 -$81,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
