Role Purpose:
The Microsoft 365 AI and Automation Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to improve business productivity and efficiency. This role focuses on leveraging tools such as M365 Co-Pilot, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure and Microsoft Teams to activate AI, streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and support collaboration across the organization.

Role Purpose:
The Microsoft 365 AI and Automation Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to improve business productivity and efficiency. This role focuses on leveraging tools such as M365 Co-Pilot, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure and Microsoft Teams to activate AI, streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and support collaboration across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Maintain and enhance existing M365-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and usability.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose automation opportunities.
- Build and maintain custom SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and forms.
- Support the integration of Microsoft 365 applications with third-party platforms and internal systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure automation solutions follow governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, connectors, and application performance.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and technical teams.
- Stay current on Microsoft 365 updates, new features, and best practices to continuously enhance solutions.
- Connect Hain resources with training resources as needed to advance their understanding of the toolsets.
- Maintain library of resources.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools
Preferred:
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Microsoft 365
- Experience in a global or cross-functional IT environment
Competencies and Proficiency Requirements:
- Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Understanding of REST APIs, connectors, and integration frameworks within M365
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security in Microsoft 365 environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.]

Conditions of Role:
- Travel Requirements: Minimal; may be required for special projects or collaboration.
