Location: Remote with requirement to travel for business needs

Role Purpose:

The eContent Manager owns the development and execution of best-in-class eCommerce content that drives conversion, visibility, and brand equity across Hain's online retail ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of sales and brand storytelling, ensuring our portfolio is consistently represented across eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart and Kroger.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, integrated marketing, legal and regulatory and external agencies, the eContent Manager will lead the creation, syndication, and optimization of product detail pages, enhanced content (A+), and brand storefronts. They will serve as the owner of Hain's digital shelf, using insights and analytics to optimize consumer experience while driving premium visibility.

The ideal candidate has a passion for digital and eCommerce and understands that eContent excellence is a critical foundation to success both on and off-line. This person will play a key role in advancing Hain's digital transformation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead best-in-class eContent creation across the Hain portfolio including high impact, conversion driving product detail pages and brand stores.
  • Translate brand messaging and key product attributes into compelling eContent tailored to the requirements of strategic retail partners
  • Partner with Brand, Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure eContent is aligned with brand guidelines and claims.
  • Lead rating and review generation strategy in partnership with agency
  • Establish content measurement process to track and analyze compliance and impact across key retail partners
  • Define mid-term eContent creation roadmap, accounting for rapid industry evolution of tools, technology and AI.
  • Lead eContent projects driving quality and timely content creation and syndication
  • Strengthen organizational eContent acumen through education and upskilling as Hain eContent SME
  • Stay current on eContent trends, retailer standards, algorithm updates and technology/AI to proactively evolve Hain content strategy.
  • Create and drive continuous eContent test and learn agenda


Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in eContent management, digital merchandising, or digital marketing, ideally within a CPG environment.
  • Experience with content syndication tools (i.e. PIM/DAM, Syndicgo etc)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional inputs.
  • Familiarity with digital shelf and analytics tools (e.g., Profitero, Stackline) is a strong plus.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams (brand, creative, legal, sales) and external partners (agencies, retailers, content studios)
  • Strong passion for eCommerce and enabling organizational change
  • General Management & entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Curious and continuous learner with a disruptive mind-set

Financial/Budgetary Responsibility: Manages retail media budget

Conditions of Role:
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal
  • Work Environment: Remote

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $90,000 -$129,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
