Overview
The Manager of Partner Excellence will support the Director of Partner Excellence to support processes and projects at the intersection of Strategy & Transformation. This role will collaborate with but not limited to: Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, IT, Finance, Strategy & Category Management. This position will support the Director, Partner Excellence, to deliver strategic projects and process improvements that will transform the way KeHE does business. Primary Responsibilities
Overview
The PMO, Portfolio Management Office, Manager reports to the Director, Partner Excellence, and supports the processes that guide strategic project approvals, execution guidelines, and benefits tracking towards achievement of KeHE's organizational goals. This role will transform the way KeHE does business through the evolution of processes, tools and analytics in strategic portfolio execution. This position will drive collaboration across Strategy, Functional, and Technology teams. This position will support the Partner Excellence team at the intersection of Strategy & Transformation. DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Support: New Project Requests and Approvals, Portfolio Impact Assessment, Portfolio Progress Tracking, Project Management Tools/Standards, and Benefits Realization
- Portfolio Analytics: Business Case normalization, portfolio ROI optimization, portfolio progress tracking, and benefits realization tracking. Support the tracking of KPI's and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of organizational projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive for Results: Leverage solid business judgment to ensure recommendations can be executed successfully and risks managed through identification, assessment and implementation of processes to support critical Business Transformation initiatives
- Communications and Collaboration: Guide stakeholders in documentation of project and portfolio progress. Summarize portfolio performance and key risks/needs. Extract key messages for leadership team. Collaborate with internal communications to share updates within the organization
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders & team members including Sales, Operations, IT, Business Development, Finance, Strategy, Category Management, etc. teams to align key business priorities
- Customer Success: Support Partner Excellence team in the management of projects related strategic initiatives with heavy cross functional dependencies
- Process Optimization: Execute projects that drive operational excellence, accuracy, and scalability of solutions
Essential Functions
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrates the ability to guide discussion across organizational functions & levels
- Analytical and able to drive consistent inputs across cost & benefits identification
- Experience developing productivity solutions with SharePoint/Teams
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau highly desired
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Experience with project management solutions like MS Project, Smartsheet's, Monday.com ideal but not required
- Skilled communicator; from constructively identifying risks/challenges to celebrating success and value recognition
- Delivers clear, compelling presentations to share findings and recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
- Carries out project management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Consistently monitors, measures and provides project updates

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA or BS or 5+ years work experience
- 3+ years of direct people management desired
- 3-5 years experience in Project Management Organization, Center of Excellence or a related field in Warehouse, Transportation, Sales, and /or managing execution of business initiatives.
