    Primary Responsibilities

    The Analyst of Supplier Pricing & Inbound Revenue will lead and develop a team focused on supplier pricing and cost management strategies. This role will be crucial in enhancing supplier partnerships, optimizing pricing structures, and ensuring cost efficiencies across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in cost management, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.     Essential Functions
    • Establishes and nurtures relationships with key suppliers & brokers to drive long-term partnerships and cost efficiencies.
    • Support supplier onboarding and supplier costing troubleshooting in Freshdesk.
    • Deliver basic supplier agreements centered on acquisition cost reduction, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with agreements.
    • Collaborates with mid-level leadership across merchandising, sales, supply chain, and finance to integrate supplier cost agreements with overall business objectives.
    • Adopt best practices in cost management, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation within the team and processes.
    • Deliver results based on key performance indicators (KPIs) on supplier pricing and cost management initiatives.
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align supplier landed costs with business goals.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    • SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
      • Ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels, from executives to analysts.
      • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a track record of organizing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets accurately.
      • Ability to prioritize workload effectively to maximize supplier or customer satisfaction while achieving performance metrics.
      • Proficiency in PowerBI & MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
      • Familiarity with supply chain and merchandising processes.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
      • Some negotiation & relationship management skills.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
      • Minimum of 1 years of experience in supplier management, negotiations, and landed cost optimization.
