The Digital Media Manager is a critical leader in this transformation, working across the North American portfolio to develop and execute data-driven media plans that build brand awareness, enhance engagement, and drive business growth in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
In this role, you will play a critical role in crafting paid media strategies across digital platforms, with a primary focus on programmatic and social media. This role requires a collaborative and analytical leader who can partner effectively with brand teams and external media agencies to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, deliver measurable results, and continually optimize performance. While the primary focus is programmatic and social media, this role may consider other media channels as opportunities arise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brand teams, media agencies and partners to develop comprehensive digital media strategies, with an emphasis on programmatic and social media platforms.
- Oversee the implementation of media plans, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement changes to improve results.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison with media agency partners, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the planning and execution process.
- Work closely with brand teams, creative partners, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, proactively recommending innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably within a CPG (consumer packaged goods) or agency environment.
- Proven track record in digital media planning and execution, with a strong focus on programmatic and social media.
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with media agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This role has one direct report.

- $113,000-$129,000 / year USD (commensurate with experience and location)
