Location: Remote with requirement to travel for business needs

Role Purpose:

The Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will lead and drive our organization's revenue optimization initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping pricing strategies for our brands, with a strong focus on maximizing revenue and profitability. Key responsibilities include analyzing regional brand performance variations, uncovering white space opportunities, interpreting consumption data, and crafting compelling narratives that highlight the value of strategic changes, the enterprise, customers, and consumers. This role will be responsible for managing trade spend, customer planning, and analytics to achieve business growth and profitability goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy Development:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive revenue growth strategies (including pricing) to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Identify pricing, promotion, and assortment opportunities to optimize revenue streams.

Trade Spend Management:
  • Oversee trade investment strategies to ensure effective allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze trade spend effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies for ROI improvement.

Analytics:
  • Leverage analytics to provide insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and market trends.

Data-Driven Insights:
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to track key business metrics.
  • Lead the forecasting process and provide recommendations based on market intelligence and data analysis.

Team Leadership:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to deliver on strategic goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead a team across RGM, Customer Planning, Trade Fund Management and Business Analytics.


Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with at least 3 years of leadership experience specifically in RGM functions

Competencies and Proficiency Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in revenue growth, trade spend optimization, and customer planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in trade promotion management systems, data analytics tools, and financial modeling.

Scope:
  • Financial/Budgetary Responsibility: Responsible for managing trade budget for all US trade spend, leads revenue growth management will significant impact on driving EBITDA.
  • Team Size: Approximately 5-8

Conditions of Role:
  • Travel Requirements: Limited travel, depending on home office location, to HQ and to support assigned retailers.
  • Work Environment: Remote

Compensation and Benefits
  • $157,000 -$230,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
