    Primary Responsibilities

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sr. Recruiter) is a member of the Talent Acquisition team, who builds and executes targeted sourcing plans for critical openings and pipelines, as well as executing selected recruitment assignments.

    The primary focus is to create and maintain relationships with high performing, active/passive talent through various media and non-media tools and avenues. This person will aid in the responsibility of achieving staffing objectives, by creatively sourcing, creating/maintaining tools, and evaluating candidates in line with required skills / qualifications and KeHE core values.     Essential Functions
    • Develops and implements sourcing strategies to meet talent acquisition goals, build future candidate pipelines, and engage passive candidates through various channels like research, networking, and social media
    • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provides insights on culture fit, and ensures quality hires by evaluating candidates for competency, culture fit, and chemistry
    • Manages recruitment systems, ensuring up-to-date tracking of open positions and candidate data, while providing regular activity reports and tracking recruitment metrics
    • Designs and implements best practice recruiting processes and onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless candidate experience and alignment with company culture from Day 1
    • Expands recruiting capacity through direct sourcing, networking referrals, job fairs, and vendor partnerships, and stay current on sourcing tools and trends
    • Communicates effectively with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, including interview scheduling, assessments, and offer coordination, ensuring a positive experience
    • Partners with HR, Centers of Excellence (COEs) and hiring teams to meet recruiting and onboarding needs, ensuring the integration of systems and processes across the organization for efficiency and scalability

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or related field required; additional years of relevant experience considered
    • Strategic thinker with hands-on style to deliver practical and effective solutions
    • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple priorities and tasks
    • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - iCIMS preferred
    • Proactive communicator with focus on collaboration with others
    • Result-oriented and asks for feedback from various stakeholders regularly and adjusts accordingly
    • Bi-lingual in Spanish strongly preferred
