Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Revenue Reporting will help drive profitable revenue growth at KeHE by delivering strategic insights through advanced analytics, executive reporting, and dashboard development. Drawing on deep expertise in commercial reporting, this role will partner closely with Revenue Management and Commercial leadership to understand performance drivers, define predictive KPIs, and enhance visibility into financial outcomes such as revenue performance, customer margin, pricing impact, and profitability along with building and maintaining a structured commercial reporting cadence, leveraging large datasets for predictive analysis, improving dashboard usability in Power BI, and delivering executive-ready insights that support strategic decisions. Essential Functions
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Revenue Management and Commercial leaders to understand key value drivers, leading indicators, and business needs; define predictive KPIs, identify reporting gaps, and design dashboards that deliver actionable insights and improve performance.
- Develop deep expertise in KeHE's revenue, profitability, and KPI structure to guide strategic commercial decisions. Areas of focus will include revenue by channel and product, event ROI, pricing impact, gross-to-net performance, customer churn, and margin dynamics.
- Design, establish, and maintain a structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence that consolidates insights from multiple sources into actionable, easy-to-digest summaries aligned to Commercial and Revenue Management priorities.
- Support Commercial leaders in mirroring the company-wide management reporting cadence for their sales teams.
- Analyze historical performance and trends to build narrative commentary and performance summaries, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with business leaders to validate drivers, pressure-test assumptions, and uncover risks and opportunities.
- Continuously improve management reporting through automation, refined KPI frameworks, and enhanced dashboard usability in Power BI; improve data visualization, layout, and user experience (UX/UI).
- Leverage large, complex datasets to deliver customer- and product-level insights via statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and segmentation analysis.
- Perform ad hoc analytics to support leadership requests, using data visualizations and written narratives to clearly articulate business opportunities and performance gaps.
- Summarize findings through executive-ready communications, highlighting clear business drivers, strategic implications, and recommended actions. Prepare polished summaries in PowerPoint or Excel using charts, graphs, and insight-driven storytelling to influence decision-making.
- Partner with the Commercial Transformation PMO to report on the KPI and financial impact of strategic initiatives, enabling KeHE to monitor ROI and drive continuous improvement across key transformation projects.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic business actions
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), including building dashboards, writing DAX expressions, and implementing row-level security
- Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL, Python, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Big Data)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint for executive-ready presentations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to convey analytical insights to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, operate autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field required.
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or Analytics; experience in distribution or CPG a plus
- 3+ years' experience leading a high-performing analytics team.
