We're looking for a Senior Associate, Omni-Chanell Marketing to play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong focus on retailer-specific initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, fostering key account relationships, and facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive-able to manage both the details of budget tracking and the bigger picture of marketing planning and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Retailer Specific Initiatives:
- Oversee marketing budgets allocated for retailer-specific programs and campaigns.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific retailer needs and objectives.
- Manage and partner with agencies to execute retail media and shopper marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and performance objectives.
- Account Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Brand, Sales, eComm, and Trade Marketing teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate seamless collaboration among various internal and external partners, including marketing agencies, brand teams, and Retail Media Networks (RMN).
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Content and Asset Facilitation:
- Facilitate the development and communication of clear and concise marketing briefs.
- Oversee the creation, approval, and distribution of creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to campaign objectives.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Ideally within the CPG (consumer package goods) industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight of marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of retailer dynamics and marketing strategies within a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional projects and drive collaboration among diverse teams.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, brand teams, and/or Retail Media Networks (RMN) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
