noosa yoghurt is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Omni-Channel Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The noosa yoghurt brand is driving growth in the yoghurt category as a taste-led brand with high quality ingredients and a fun, aussie-style personality. This is a hybrid role in the Denver/Boulder area. 

The Omni-Channel Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Brand Manager of noosa and will support the noosa brand portfolio including existing product lines and innovation. The candidate should have experience with Shopper Marketing and E-Commerce management, and be passionate about driving the momentum on a growth-oriented brand by connecting shoppers across numerous touchpoints in-store and digitally. We are looking for a thought leader who will be an enthusiastic champion for marketing within the organization and brings passion for turning shopper/retailer insights into best-in-class programs. 

The Primary Responsibilities Include:

·         Own and lead Shopper Marketing and E-commerce management for the noosa brand by translating brand and customer strategy across in-store and digital shelf; includes annual planning, stakeholder  
          management, budget management, and content readiness 
·         Recommend, develop and manage shopper marketing programs (e.g. ibotta, Catalina) that engage and convert the shopper to deliver on strategic business imperatives 
·         Oversee the Shopper Marketing budget to ensure execution of annual plans with excellence while maintaining the financial targets and meet objectives of the business
·         Manage comprehensive E-Commerce platform including responsibility for managing E-Commerce agency, SEO, affiliate marketing, content readiness, and innovation support 
·         Spearhead post-program campaign analyses to share with key stakeholders to inform future plans and tactical choices
·         Brief design team to build engaging creative assets, grounded in our national brand campaigns
·         Stay on the leading edge of unlocking new technologies that drive engagement and conversion through digital and social media channels.

Qualifications: 

·         Bachelor’s degree required
·         5+ years of experience at a Retail, Consumer Product, or CPG company
·         At least 2-3 years of experience in Digital or Shopper/Customer Marketing 
·         Demonstrated agility in a fast-moving environment and comfortable collaborating with a variety of stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and Finance functions to execute plans efficiently & 
          effectively with superior in-market results
·         Financial competency in budget management
·         A high degree of project management and analytical skills coupled with curiosity and willingness to test, learn and share results within the organization
·         Has a proven track record of delivering results, including innovative ideas and methods to drive winning marketplace & financial outcomes
·         Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze situations and quickly develop options, outlining assumptions, trade-offs, & risks

The targeted budget for this position is $99-127K per year. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.
