Primary Responsibilities
The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing product pricing, coordinating inbound costs, and administering customer selling prices for products within KeHE's distribution network. This role encompasses overseeing inbound cost components, establishing outbound price points, and maintaining standard margins for assigned customers or product groups. As with all positions at KeHE, all actions are expected to align with the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Essential Functions
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide analytical support, reporting, and coordination for the pricing of new and existing items for specific accounts or product groups.
- Administer retail customer and KeHE private label pricing.
- Generate reports and coordinate competitive "Cost of Goods" projects from retailers.
- Support landed cost projects related to new customer onboarding and/or distribution center business shifts.
- Manage price change administration as needed.
- Perform other duties, special projects, and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills to convey process and concept knowledge to all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, a combination of education, training, and relevant experience acceptable.
- Experience with data mining in varied systems and environments required.
- Prior distribution experience is preferred.
- Pricing and margin management experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Office based role.
