We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and personable go-getter who’s ready to join a rocket ship and do whatever it takes to grow a beverage brand. This is a merchandising position that requires you to be on the road, visiting accounts in in broader Denver.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Manage relationships with current accounts (King Soopers, Safeway, Whole Foods, Sprouts and more), including calling and visiting retail and food service customers regularly and ensuring merchandising
● Ability to recognize and engage with key decision makers at store level as well as District/ Regional management for retail banners in the territory to build strong communication for upcoming events and promos
● Ensure wildwonder is 100% in stock. Check inventory on shelf, on display and in backstock. Build and maintain displays and restock shelves to increase brand presence and sales.
● Support launches and promotions, sell in additional SKUs, gain additional facings, and work with store buyers and managers to increase orders. Execute new schematics/resets as required. Maintain good understanding of our products, pricing, margin structure, and promo strategies
● Assist regional manager to meet distribution and velocity goals
● Communicate daily with managers via app based CRM
● Attend and contribute to weekly company and team meetings
● Provide market level insights including customer and consumer feedback, competitive activity, and market successes
● Act as ambassador for the brand and participate in field marketing activities as needed
● 80% of time in market visiting accounts, work hours begin no later than 7:30 am to guarantee time with accounts’ key decision makers

Qualifications:
● Able to drive to accounts in Denver/Boulder metro with bimonthly trips to Frisco, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins.
● Proficient in Google Suites (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail), Excel, Microsoft Word. We don’t care about diploma, only your attitude and drive
● 1-3 years' experience in merchandising, retail sales, or field marketing, and a passion for CPG
● Enjoy engaging with people and building relationships
● Highly motivated, resourceful, go-getter mentality and willing to do what it takes to meet goals and deadlines
● Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Clean driver's license, reliable car, and proof of insurance
● Ability to lift 20 lbs., load, set up, execute and tear down promotional items
