    Primary Responsibilities

    The Partner Excellence Senior Manager will own and execute projects at the intersection of strategy and transformation. This role will collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, IT, Finance, Strategy & Category Management and will support the team to deliver strategic projects and process improvements that will transform the way KeHE does business.     Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Supports activities at the intersection of strategy and transformation; including but not limited to programs related to customer onboardings, Supply Chain strategy, Operational Excellence, M&A's, etc.
    • Supports and owns new customer onboardings, ensuring cross-functional businesses execute as expected and any unique requirements are acknowledged and acted upon for continued partner success
    • Provides recommendations to be executed successfully and manages risks through identification, assessment and implementation of process improvement programs to support critical business transformation initiatives.
    • Partners with but not limited to leaders and team members from Sales, Operations, IT, Business Development, Finance, Strategy, Category Management, etc. teams to align key business priorities.
    • Develops and drives execution of projects that move the company towards operational excellence, accuracy, and scalability of solutions.
    • Builds and supports the tracking of key profit indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of organizational projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Manages up to 1 or 2 team members and provides guidance and support to facilitate professional growth and development.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.

    • Ability to balance subject matter expertise with an enterprise mindset to support organizational projects and team priorities.
    • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Provides recommendations and solutions when confronted with challenges
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Ability to lead and manage a team.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management Organization, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managing people.
    • Experience with solutions like MS Project, Smartsheet's, Monday.com ideal but not required.
    • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau highly desired.
