    Primary Responsibilities

    The Systems Integration Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and external partners. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining partner integrations through EDI, APIs, AI-driven tools, and third-party platforms. In addition, the Integration Analyst supports functional TMS configuration by implementing process automations, developing optimization programs, and supporting TMS initiatives. By bridging technical solutions with operational needs, this role helps maximize efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience across the platform.     Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between the TMS and external partners via EDI, APIs, AI pipelines, and third-party platforms.
    • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of data exchange.
    • Collaborate with carriers, shippers, and technology partners to establish and maintain integration standards.
    • Configure and maintain TMS workflow automations.
    • Develop and maintain optimization programs to support operational efficiency.
    • Identify and implement process automation opportunities that streamline manual workflows.
    • Translate business requirements into system configurations that support customer and internal operational needs.
    • Recommend enhancements that align with business goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
    • Participate in roadmap planning for TMS improvements and integration strategies.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.


    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong proficiency in XML for data structuring, mapping, and validation.
    • Strong proficiency in transportation EDI transaction sets, including: 204 (Load Tender), 990 (Response), 214 (Status), 997 (Functional Acknowledgement), and 210 (Invoice).
    • Knowledge of API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON) and related troubleshooting.
    • Hands-on experience configuring or supporting Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
    • Experience with XSLT for transforming XML data in integration workflows is preferred.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing EDI integrations.
    • Experience with XSLT for transforming XML data in integration workflows is preferred.
