We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to play a key role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across our marketing team. This individual will support marketing budget management, operational processes, and strategic planning to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Procurement leadership to manage financial workflows, coordinate annual planning, and build marketing capabilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive-able to manage both the details of budget tracking and the bigger picture of marketing planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Budget & Operations:

• Budget Management: Maintain and track the marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, spend reconciliation, and reporting.
• Invoice & Vendor Management: Process invoices, manage purchase orders, and collaborate with Finance and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monthly Budget Process: Lead monthly budget reviews, update forecasts, and provide insights to optimize marketing spend.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline marketing operations, making workflows more efficient.

Marketing Planning & Strategic Support:

• Annual Planning Coordination: Support the marketing team in the development and execution of the annual marketing planning process, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Marketing Capability Building: Organize internal training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance marketing team capabilities.
• Project Management: Assist in tracking and coordinating key marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and cross-functional teams stay aligned.
• Performance Reporting: Help develop reports and dashboards to track marketing investment effectiveness and operational performance.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating across teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to work in dynamic and results-oriented environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with financial or workflow management tools (e.g. - SAP, Coupa, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
