    Primary Responsibilities

    The Senior Analyst of Treasury is responsible for all cash positions processes and insuring adequate daily liquidity at the company. This role will work closely with the Treasurer and Finance Leadership in developing and providing strong analytical support on cash forecasting processes and liquidity reporting and projections.     Essential Functions
    • Monitor and set daily cash positions to insure adequate daily liquidity including executing daily borrowing activity. Maintain daily cash file.
    • Prepare reporting for debt compliance including monthly Borrowing Base Report.
    • Develop and provide strong analytical support on cash forecasting process and prepare weekly and monthly liquidity reports and projections.
    • Assist with debt management related activities including interest expense tracking and quarterly debt analysis.
    • Monitor and implement fuel and interest rate hedging strategy for compliance with company policy.
    • Assist AR and AP with payment processing solutions and prepare month-end reports for accounting.
    • Manage documentation for opening and closing or modifying bank accounts. Serve as the primary bank system administrator.
    • Initiate occasional wire transfers in a timely manner and preparing proper accounting support and signing authorization as determined by company policy.
    • Perform proper due diligence on payments to prevent wire fraud.
    • Manage leasing relationships with primary lessors.
    • Perform special treasury assignments and assist manager with projects.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Familiarity with Asset Based Lending facilities
    • Experience with cash management and cash flow forecasting
    • Familiarity with bank processes, online platforms and bank products (particularly JP Morgan Access)
    • Self-starter with strong personal integrity; detail oriented and organized
    • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred, or a related field of study
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in treasury, audit, finance or accounting
    • Sufficient Experience with cash management and cash flow forecasting
    • Experience with Workday Accounting Software is a plus
