    Primary Responsibilities

    The Business Operations Manager is responsible for executing the day-to-day relationships with the Customer stores, Account team and Cross-functional partners.

    Essential Functions
    • Provide communications and problem solving support for the on-site Account Team and store personnel.
    • Monitor and maintain invalid lists per division working with Supply chain partners and Account teams
    • Partner with Cross functional teams to monitor On-Shelf conditions and On-Hand on Order issues.
    • Prompting warehouse inventory checks for product issues received into stores, logging and tracking through to resolution.
    • Maintaining store order and delivery schedules to include Quarterly DFR reviews
    • Completing regular checks for alignment against the Transportation Management System
    • Monitoring and managing consistent and or reoccurring trans and warehouse issues
    • Review credits recovery by store on a regular and on-going basis and investigate the stores that are the highest offenders. Suggest and implement plans to address high-credit stores with Customer staff as well as KeHE Operations and Transportation departments.
    • Review KeHE load quality and customer backdoor procedures, investigate issues and find solutions
    • Facilitate communication between KeHE on-site account team as well as KeHE Operations and Transportation staff.
    • Respond to Customer inquiries.
    • Identify, research, and contact stores and build positive relationships that will generate future sales.
    • Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and accountability for all businesses in assigned territory.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales of grocery products to natural and/or conventional grocery accounts
    • Demonstrated knowledge of retail grocery operations
    • Microsoft Office experience required, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
    • Position is remote, but requires the ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.

    Qualifications/Additional Skills/Aptitude
    • Demonstrated strength in oral and written communications with people at all organizational levels
    • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting effective meetings and making clear and concise presentations.
    • Strong negotiating, communication, and organizational skills as well as interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and contribute to a collaborative work environment - must be a team player
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, focusing on those with the highest business impact, including anticipating problems and taking appropriate preventive action to avoid crises whenever possible
    • Seek continued product knowledge to become a natural product "expert". Must be motivated to achieve personal development.
