    Primary Responsibilities

    The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment efforts across high-volume and exempt-level roles within distribution centers. This position plays a critical role in aligning hiring strategies with operational goals, leading a team of recruiters, and partnering with key leaders to build scalable, data-informed talent solutions.     Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of recruiters focused on high-volume hiring for warehouse roles: selectors, forklift operators, loaders, etc.
    • Personally lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt-level roles within the warehouse environment, including supervisors, managers, and other salaried operations staff.
    • Partner closely with DC leadership to forecast hiring needs, understand workforce challenges, and build proactive talent pipelines.
    • Ensure recruiters adhere to hiring KPIs, compliance standards, and provide exceptional candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and DC Operations leaders to develop and execute local hiring strategies aligned with corporate goals.
    • Oversee daily recruiting activity, workload distribution, and performance of warehouse recruiters.
    • Post, source, screen, and recommend candidates for leadership positions within distribution centers.
    • Analyze market trends, hiring metrics, and recruiting channel effectiveness to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
    • Facilitate recruiter development through ongoing coaching, training, and process improvement initiatives.
    • Use KeHE's applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and recruitment marketing tools to maintain data integrity and drive efficient hiring workflows.
    • Coordinate and support hiring events, job fairs, and community partnerships to drive local talent engagement.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment and timely feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
    • Experience with high-volume warehouse or supply chain recruiting strongly preferred.


    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and strategies.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team development skills.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and a fast-paced recruiting workload.
    • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Demonstrated success in hiring exempt roles within an operational or logistics environment.
