Role Purpose:
The Director, Talent - Organizational Effectiveness will lead the development and execution of strategies to optimize Hain Celestial's global operating model, resulting organizational structures, processes, and culture. This role is crucial in building a performance-driven environment, ensuring that organizational practices align with company goals, and enabling team capabilities. While focusing on organizational effectiveness and change management, the individual in this role must also bring a broad understanding of talent management principles, allowing them to support broader talent initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs alongside organizational transformation.

Role Purpose:
The Director, Talent - Organizational Effectiveness will lead the development and execution of strategies to optimize Hain Celestial's global operating model, resulting organizational structures, processes, and culture. This role is crucial in building a performance-driven environment, ensuring that organizational practices align with company goals, and enabling team capabilities. While focusing on organizational effectiveness and change management, the individual in this role must also bring a broad understanding of talent management principles, allowing them to support broader talent initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs alongside organizational transformation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, including team performance, productivity, and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and support to ensure adoption and minimize disruption.
- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to evaluate and optimize organizational structures, ensuring roles and responsibilities align with business objectives.
- Lead assessments of organizational processes and structures to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and other key functions to build a positive organizational culture, emphasizing employee engagement, productivity, and accountability.
- Provide coaching and consulting to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and change management best practices
- Develop metrics to assess the impact of organizational changes and continuously improve approaches based on data-driven insights.
- Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management and talent management, with demonstrated success in leading organizational and talent transformation.
- Preferred:
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Experience with large-scale organizational transformations and managing change in complex, matrixed organizations.
- CPG experience.
Competencies and Proficiency Requirements:
- Expertise in organizational effectiveness and change management, with a deep understanding of change processes, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights for continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders across all levels.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a global setting and adapt strategies to different cultural contexts.
Scope:
- Financial/Budgetary Responsibility: Responsible for managing the change management budget within the transformation program.
- Team Size: No current direct reports, but may manage indirect team or consultants.
Conditions of Role:
- Travel Requirements: Possible global travel to support key initiatives.
- Physical Conditions: Remote with requirement to travel for business needs.
- Work Environment: Collaborative environment, with cross-functional interaction across global teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $145,000 -$185,000 /year (commensurate with experience and location)
