Location: remote with requirement to travel for business needs

Role Purpose:
The Global Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of the global compensation programs. This role will partner with HR teams ensuring compensation is competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the global job architecture project to include benchmarking, grading, and internal alignment.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of global salary structures and pay bands based on job evaluations and market data.
  • Provide guidance and support for compensation-related issues or inquiries from HR, managers, and employees.
  • Participate in and analyze market survey data
  • Maintain and update compensation benchmarking data for various roles across different regions and manage global survey participation
  • Assist in administration administer global compensation programs
  • Assist in the implementation of Workday job profiles, data accuracy and compensation modules.
  • Utilize HRIS and other compensation management tools to track employee compensation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support compensation decisions and strategy.
  • Assist in administration of the long-term compensation program.


Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources and/or compensation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
  • Experience in Excel including vlookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and compensation software tools.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay Act, etc.).
  • Understanding of market compensation trends, salary surveys, and job structure creation.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude

Competencies and Proficiency Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
  • Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Scope:
  • Financial/Budgetary Responsibility: No budgetary responsibilities
  • Team Size: No direct reports

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $67,000-$75,000 / year USD (commensurate with experience and location)
